Leadership Role - Deputy Principal at Riara Group of Schools

This role seeks a visionary leader capable of working closely with the Principal to steer the school towards strategic excellence while maintaining a focus on Academic and Holistic development for all students.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education (mandatory).
 - Master's Degree in Education Management/Administration (added advantage).
 
Experience:
- At least 8-10 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or similar role.
 - Proven experience in a reputable, high-performing girls' boarding school.
 
Skills and Expertise:
- Strong understanding of school operations and administration.
 - Strong leadership skills to inspire and effectively manage staff and students.
 - Proven track record of delivering high academic performance.
 - Good communication skills to facilitate effective interactions with staff, students, and parents.
 - Counselling skills to provide guidance and support to students and staff.
 - Ability to foster a vibrant school culture focused on student success, discipline, and holistic development.
 - Competence in overseeing academic and operational functions, maintaining high standards and ensuring safety.
 - Capacity to collaborate with the Principal to set and achieve strategic educational goals.
