As a Human Resource Officer, you’ll play a key role in developing HR initiatives, managing recruitment, training employees, and ensuring compliance with labour laws. Key Responsibilities:
Support the management of HR systems and policies
Guide company procedures and employee relations
Manage the recruitment and on-boarding process
Develop and oversee training and career development programs
Assist in performance management and employee evaluations
Handle disciplinary and grievance resolution
Maintain accurate employee records and compliance data
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in HR management or administration
Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, and payroll functions
Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
